A.I.M's Mission Director of Ghana
Mission Statement:
To establish, encourage, and strengthen indigenous, New Testament witness for our Lord Jesus Christ among all nations by providing material and spritual aid to Christians who are impoverished, few or persecuted; and to encourage Christian witness and ministry to the international community.
Our goal is to challenge churches in action:
Home Base: Vision, compassion, and action
Field base: Reach, raise and release.
Vision:
To send out missionaries to train up indigenous missionaries in the Gospel by providing leadership training, books andtraining resources, proclaiming the Gospel through evangelism teams, planting churches, establishing Bible institutes and missionary training centers, providing medical care through operating medical clinics, and caring for needy children by establishing orpahanages and schools.
5 Year Plan:
Short Term Goals:
1.) To find indigenous resource development in order to raise up funds to obtainthe vision.
2.) Continue outside speaking engagements to raise contributions and find sponsors.
3.) Send missionary teams yearly to maintain relationships and partner for outreach, and provide educational and sprirtual discipleship.
4.) Raise $10,000 to ship a container of "America's Crumbs' to support missionaries in partnership and develop ndigenous resources for the vision.
5.) To obtain a non-profit status organization within Ghana and Liberia.
6.) To continue to expand ministry opportunities by securing seminars, crusades, and spreading the Gospel to other West African nations and the international community.
7.) To establish and send out a quaterly newsletter.
8.) To begin to raise $60,000 for a Liberian compund consisting of a church, school, medical clinic and orphanage.
Long Term Goals:
1.) To raise up a communication cafe in Accra, Ghana. Purchase 6 computers to be built in Ghana, purchase a heavy duty copy machine and Fax machine.
2.) To raise up a medical clinic in Kamasi, Ghana: Sponsoring a doctor and two nurses.
3.) To plant churches in rural areas by aggressive evangelism.
4.) To raise up missionary teams to go into other African countries.
5.) To establish an orphanage in Accra, Ghana registered with the ministry of social welfare and community development.
6.) To establish a elementary school registered with the Ghana education service and association of private schools.
7.) To break ground and build the Liberian compound.
