Jesus has opened the way for every person on the face of the earth. Will they come? He has
done all that was required of him by the Father, so now heaven is opened for all to come
and be redeemed. He is merciful and compassionate, and will help all who need this touch
from heaven. But one must come, we share the Gospel , the Good News but do the people
really understand what it is. We must depend on the Holy Spirit to lead, guide and draw
them to Christ. We are to tell the world, that there is mercy, compassion and grace in the
will of the Father. We are to demonstrate this as it was once demonstrated to us. Many
times the Gospel has been represented as a rod of iron and a whipping stick. This is not
what it is about. It is about finding the truth, being forgiven and then learning and being led
by His Spirit. We have not come to the mountain that cannot be touched and it burns with
fire.........we have come to Mount Zion, unto the heavenly city of the living God, new
Jerusalem and to an innumerable company of angels. He is the Living God, he is not dead
but sits at the right hand of the Father. In His presence we can lay aside all our sins, and
weaknesses and move into living for Him. Those who preach this Gospel, must have
compassion and care for those who are ignorant of what Jesus has done. Jesus represents
all those who will come. There is no one he will turn away, for He loves all and desires for
all to walk in His Truth. Once we deserved hell, but this Great High Priest took upon the
sins of the world, so that heaven would be open and we could all come. Through Jesus and
the gift given by Him, the Holy Spirit, we are equipped to live in this life. We are to gather
together pray for one another and build His kingdom upon this earth. Jesus said, "The
kingdom of God is within you." As we are led by His Spirit daily, we find rest. For we are
to trust where He takes us and depend on the fact that God wants to supply all our needs
according to His riches in glory. He is the living Word, placed within our hearts, He is the
fully moving and alive. God can speak to us by His Spirit. He uses Scripture, people, the
earth, and of course His ministers. He has given us everything in this life to survive and
prosper in Him. We are to be the head and not the tail. We are to lead people and point the
way, one for another. We will all need help in this life. His gift given to us is the Holy Spirit,
and one another. We should be able to find rest and peace everyday as He is the God of rest.
He does want to move on behalf of His Body. We learn to wait on Him and do not become
hardened in our hearts.
Many times in this life we are alone, or feel desperately alone. We are not, as we look to the
Author and Finisher of our faith, Jesus, we are to understand that we are compassed about
with so great a cloud of witnesses. Meaning those that have gone on before us, and all that
are mentioned in the Bible. Jesus has given us His Spirit to lead and guide us as we look to
the Father and desire to please him. It is miraculous what occurs when we allow heaven to
touch us and we are to touch heaven. Our prayers move heaven and earth as we are led to
pray according to His Will and not our own. God chastens us many times when we are lead
astray or fall into the judging of others. We are not to judge, or else we will be judged.
There is a greater judgment on those who represent God, and just as Moses did, we are not
to become angry with the people. We will be frustrated at times, but must understand, that
God many times is frustrated with us. We are to get this Gospel and move in love by it.
After all it is the good news. God wants to reveal His Spirit though all our lives. As we come
together to pray and seek God, he speaks the same things to His people. It doesn't matter if
there are thousands of miles separating us, we will all hear His Voice and will be moved by
Him. He is gathering His Church and forming His body on this earth. One day He will come
and all will be caught up together with Him. Until then, we are to represent Him on this earth.
Hebrews 12 - He is a Consuming Fire
We Are to Be a Safe Haven
As the world has gone mad, we are to be the anchors that keep ships from tossing to and
fro. God has given us His Spirit and we are to demonstrate this peace upon the earth. We
will either draw men and women to God, or repel them. We cannot decide what they will
do, but we are to accept those He sends. Don't be so surprised when people are attracted to
you. Just speak of the Goodness of God to them. His Spirit will come forth out of you,
convincing them of His goodness and need to come and be forgiven of all their sins, just as
we were forgiven. What a load of can be lifted of guilt and condemnation when one comes
and gives their lives to Christ. He is our Great Shepherd and counselor, He is our God of
comfort and rest. He is working out His plan in all those who will come to Him. I end with
this word. It is written, He has made and everlasting covenant with those who call Him
Savior. We can find provision and it will be sent by His very hand. We look to His economy
not ours. Let us continually thank Him and praise Him for his goodness today, bless you and
may you prosper in spirit, soul and body. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, amen.
