The precepts of the Ministry have always been:
1.) Holiness. God calls us to be Holy as He is Holy. The
manifestation of this holiness is a walk characterized by Love.
2.) Healing. The Christian who walks in love will have
healing follow their life in physical, emotional and spiritual
realms.
3.) Helps. Physical acts of charity will flow from the life of a
Christian that Loves God. They will care for the poor in word
and deed.

Pastors Don & Diane Boucher established Gates of Praise
Ministries in Fall River, Massachusetts, in October, 1994. The
Vision of Gates of Praise Ministries has been to plant churches
beginning in the urban areas of New England and disciple men
and women in their Kingdom purposes. The ministry began
through the work of Pastor Don at the Department of Social
Services when God began to bless his clients with the infilling
of the Holy Spirit. The Lord has continued to use Pastor Don
as a Market Place Evangelist throughout his career, especially
in cities of Newport and Providence, RI. Many have come to
the Lord through a unique combination of secular and sacred
enterprises. Pastor Don's work has included the management
of homeless shelters, mental health and substance abuse
outreach programs. He and Pastor Diane together have
conducted conferences and crusades in the US and West
Africa. They established New England Christian College and
Seminary, and have provided oversight of churches and
itinerant ministers. Signs and wonders have confirmed the
Word wherever it has been preached. Pastor Diane has earned
her doctorate degree from The Christian College and Seminary
of independence Missouri. She has specialized in Hebraic
Studies, is an anointed teacher, counselor, and has blessed to
body of Christ internationally with her prophetic insight and
dance.
